We gather only the information required to deliver, secure, and improve BlinkHours. This includes administrator and agent credentials, configuration data, audit logs, and service telemetry. Customer content such as tickets or call transcripts is processed under signed agreements and remains owned by you.

Administrators can configure role-based access, data residency, retention windows, and redaction rules from within the BlinkHours console. We also provide data processing agreements and sub-processor transparency upon request.
