Terms of Service
Effective date: 05 November 2025
1. Agreement
These Terms govern the use of BlinkHours AI cloud management platform, autonomous agents, and related services (“Services”). By executing an order form or accessing the Services, the customer accepts these Terms.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate configuration data and maintain secure account credentials.
- Ensure usage complies with applicable laws and customer policies.
- Promptly notify BlinkHours of any suspected compromise or unauthorised access.
3. Service Commitments
BlinkHours delivers uptime, support, and onboarding services as described in the executed order form and service level documentation. We may update features periodically, provided core functionality is not materially degraded.
4. Confidentiality & IP
Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information. Customers retain ownership of their data; BlinkHours retains all intellectual property in the Services and underlying technology.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach if uncured within 30 days of written notice. Upon termination, access ceases and customer data is returned or deleted per the Privacy Policy.
